The invention provides a preparation method of a curing agent based on all-solid waste salinized soil, which comprises the following steps: respectively measuring the contents of SO4 < 2-> and Cl <-> in the salinized soil and a mixture A, and respectively calculating the doping amounts of the mixture A and a mixture B in the salinized soil; according to the mixing ratio of the mixture A and the mixture B in the salinized soil, the mass of the required alkaline residues and carbide slag is obtained; respectively adding the mixture A, the mixture B and water into a stirrer, and stirring to obtain the curing agent for curing the salinized soil; and respectively adding the curing agent and the salinized soil into the stirrer container to obtain the cured salinized soil. According to the invention, a salt-alkali synergistic excitation system is utilized to excite the curing agent formed by slag and steel slag, so that the salinized soil is reinforced, and the salinized soil has higher strength when the doping amount of the curing agent accounts for 25-35% of the mass of the salinized soil.
本发明提供一种基于全固废盐渍土的固化剂的制备方法,其包括:分别测定盐渍土和混合物A中SO42‑和Cl‑的含量,分别计算在盐渍土中掺入混合物A和混合物B的掺入量;根据混合物A和混合物B在盐渍土中的配合比,得到所需碱渣和电石渣的质量;将混合物A、混合物B和水分别加入搅拌机,通过搅拌得到固化盐渍土的固化剂;将固化剂和盐渍土分别加入搅拌机容器内,得到固化盐渍土。本发明利用盐‑碱的协同激发体系激发矿渣钢渣形成的固化剂,从而加固盐渍土,且固化剂的掺入量占盐渍土质量的25%~35%时盐渍土具有更高的强度。
