The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, and particularly discloses a solid waste-based enhanced ceramic tile adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises 17%-22% of polyacrylamide modified solid waste residue powder, 3%-7% of cement, 7%-12% of tailing micro powder, 55%-65% of graded tailing sand and 8%-13% of a tensile adhesive. By limiting the raw material components and content of the tensile adhesive, the tensile adhesive strength and construction performance of the tensile adhesive with different substrates can be ensured; the solid waste residue powder is modified by adopting a very small amount of low-molecular-weight polyacrylamide, so that the stability of the system can be remarkably improved, and the comprehensive performance of the solid waste-based ceramic tile adhesive is improved. The concrete contains more than 90 wt% of solid waste, the components are synergistic by limiting the components and the content of the raw materials, traditional cementing materials such as cement and the like can be replaced, the cost is greatly reduced, comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste materials is realized, and the concrete has the outstanding advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, low carbon and the like.
