The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-stable brick-concrete recycled mixture for a secondary road subbase, which comprises the following specific operation processes: testing the crushing value and water absorption of concrete recycled coarse aggregate and brick recycled coarse aggregate as well as the crushing value, water absorption and light substance content of brick-concrete recycled fine aggregate; the method comprises the following steps of: mixing the aggregates according to the ratio, adding water to seal the aggregates, adding cement and water into the sealed aggregates, stirring until the surfaces of the aggregates are basically covered with cement paste, and laying a road subbase layer in a layered manner, during laying, the brick regeneration coarse aggregate which stays on the surface and is poor in cement paste wrapping effect is overturned into the mixture and then leveled and rolled, whether the brick regeneration coarse aggregate which is not firmly bonded exists on the surface or not needs to be checked during rolling, if yes, the brick regeneration coarse aggregate needs to be timely shoveled, filled and rolled, then maintenance is conducted, and the unconfined compressive strength and the compaction degree are measured. According to the method, the waste bricks are recycled to the maximum extent, and the application prospect of the waste bricks is expanded.
本发明公开了一种用于二级公路底基层的水稳砖混再生混合料制备方法,具体操作过程为:对混凝土再生粗集料和砖再生粗集料的压碎值、吸水率以及砖混再生细集料的压碎值、吸水率和轻物质含量进行测试,保证各材料的指标在规定的要求内,将以上集料按配比进行混合后,加水闷料,闷好的集料中加入水泥以及水,搅拌至集料表面基本覆盖水泥浆后分层铺设道路底基层,在铺设时将停留于表面且水泥浆包裹效果较差的砖再生粗集料翻倒至混合料内再进行整平碾压,碾压时应检查表面是否存在粘接不牢固的砖再生粗集料,若存在,应及时铲除并填补碾压,然后养护,测量无侧限抗压强度以及压实度。本发明将废砖块极大化的重新利用,拓展了废砖块的应用前景。
