Method for preparing high-thermal-conductivity graphite film material from recycled materials
The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-thermal-conductivity graphite membrane material by using a reclaimed material, which comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing a damaged graphite material to prepare regenerated graphite powder, then mixing asphalt, the regenerated graphite powder and fumed silica, and blending by using a solvent to obtain a mixture paste for later use; then preparing polyimide resin slurry, and dispersing graphene into the polyimide resin slurry; superposing the polyimide resin slurry and the mixture paste to obtain a composite film, reducing the thickness of the composite film by utilizing continuous reciprocating rolling operation, and then carrying out high-temperature curing treatment on polyimide resin in the composite film to enable the polyimide resin to be subjected to cross-linking reaction; and then sequentially carrying out carbonization and graphitization treatment on the polyimide resin cured composite film to obtain a finished product of the heat dissipation graphite film material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the carbon-based film heat dissipation material with relatively good physical properties and structural stability and excellent heat-conducting property can be prepared from low-cost raw materials.
本发明公开了一种利用回收料制备高导热石墨膜材的方法,该方法先试用残损石墨料粉碎制得再生石墨粉料,然后利用沥青与再生石墨粉料、气相法白炭黑进行混合并以溶剂调制得到混合物糊料备用;然后制备聚酰亚胺树脂浆料,将石墨烯分散到其中;将聚酰亚胺树脂浆料、混合物糊料进行叠合得到复合膜,并利用连续往复的辊压操作,使得复合膜的厚度减少,再进行复合膜中的聚酰亚胺树脂进行高温固化处理,使聚酰亚胺树脂发生交联反应;然后依次对聚酰亚胺树脂固化后的复合膜依次进行碳化和石墨化处理,即得到成品散热石墨膜材。本发明的方法可利用低成本原料制得具有较佳物理性能和结构稳定性、且导热性能优越的碳基膜散热材料。
