Preparation method of alumina fiber reinforced alumina ceramic-based composite material by using prepreg forming method
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of continuous alumina fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite materials, and relates to a preparation method of an alumina fiber reinforced alumina ceramic-based composite material by applying a prepreg forming method. The method comprises the following steps: preparing alumina slurry; impregnating alumina fiber cloth in the alumina slurry to prepare alumina fiber prepreg; performing compression molding on the alumina fiber prepreg to obtain an alumina fiber reinforced alumina ceramic-based composite material rough blank; performing high-temperature sintering on the composite material rough blank to obtain a composite material blank; dipping the composite material blank in silica sol, and gelling; and carrying out high-temperature sintering on the composite material blank impregnated with the silica sol gel, and cooling to obtain the alumina fiber reinforced alumina ceramic-based composite material. The preparation period of the alumina fiber reinforced alumina ceramic-based composite material can be effectively shortened, the preparation cost is reduced, and the prepared alumina fiber composite material is good in density and excellent in mechanical property.
本发明属于连续氧化铝纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料制备技术领域,涉及一种应用预浸料成型方法的氧化铝纤维增强氧化铝陶瓷基复合材料制备方法。该方法包括:配制氧化铝浆料;将氧化铝纤维布浸渍氧化铝浆料,制备氧化铝纤维预浸料;将氧化铝纤维预浸料进行模压成型,得到氧化铝纤维增强氧化铝陶瓷基复合材料粗坯;将复合材料粗坯进行高温烧结,得到复合材料坯体;将复合材料坯体浸渍硅溶胶,并进行凝胶;将浸渍硅溶胶凝胶后的复合材料坯体进行高温烧结,冷却后得到氧化铝纤维增强氧化铝陶瓷基复合材料。本发明能够有效缩短氧化铝纤维增强氧化铝陶瓷基复合材料的制备周期,减低制备成本,且制备的氧化铝纤维复合材料致密度好,力学性能优秀。
