Wherein the structural formula of the compound is as shown in formula (1), # imgabs0 # formula (1); wherein n is an integer from 1 to 4, R1 comprises (CH2) mCH3, m is an integer from 0 to 5, and X is Br or I. The pyridinium cationic polymer prepared from the pyridinium cationic compound comprises a hydroxyl group, an ester group and an ether bond, can form a hydration membrane with water, and has relatively strong intercalation adsorption capacity with clay; the catalyst also comprises pyridinium cations with large steric hindrance, and has relatively strong electrostatic adsorption capacity with clay; the pyridinium cationic polymer is used as a sacrificial agent, can effectively adsorb clay and shield the interaction between the clay and the polycarboxylate water reducing agent, and improves the water reducing rate and resistance of the water reducing agent or reduces the dosage of the water reducing agent.
