When the damaged part is slightly damaged, the surface of the damaged part is coated with a protective material for repairing treatment; and when the damaged part is moderately damaged or seriously damaged, planting steel bars, arranging a new isolating layer, supporting a template, pouring repair slurry, and brushing a protective material. According to the method, the damage of the ballastless track caused by not-in-place construction of the isolating layer can be effectively repaired, so that the ballastless track can meet the design requirement, the influence on the safety of the ballastless track structure is avoided, and the operation risk of a high-speed rail is reduced.
本发明涉及轨道交通运维技术领域,具体公开了一种无砟轨道破损修复方法,其特征在于,对于破损区域进行标记,形成标记区,根据无砟轨道破损处的损坏程度及破损处位置进行修复;当破损处为轻度破损时,在破损处的表面涂刷防护材料进行修复处理;当破损处为中度破损或重度破损时,进行植筋、设置新隔离层、模板支护、修复浆料浇筑、涂刷防护材料。本发明能够有效的实现了对于无砟轨道由于隔离层施工不到位造成破损的修复,使得无砟轨道能够达到设计要求,避免对于无砟轨道结构安全的影响,降低了高铁运行的风险。
