The invention discloses a large-span bilateral box steel-concrete composite beam three-way temporary fixed connection construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, when a lower cross beam is machined, a distribution beam is arranged on the bottom surface of the lower cross beam; when a steel beam is machined, a plurality of brackets are arranged on the end face of the steel beam, and the brackets are correspondingly located over the distribution beam; s2, construction of a steel cable tower and a lower cross beam is completed at the same time, vertical supports are symmetrically arranged on the top face of the lower cross beam and used for supporting a steel beam, then a pair of longitudinal limiting energy dissipation devices are symmetrically arranged on the top face of the lower cross beam, the lower cross beam and the steel beam are connected into a whole through the longitudinal limiting energy dissipation devices, and longitudinal limiting is completed; s3, after the steel beam is installed, a vertical constraint structure is arranged between the distribution beam and the multiple brackets, and vertical limiting is completed; and S4, a matched transverse constraint structure is machined according to the contact face angle of the steel beam and the steel pylon, the two ends of the transverse constraint structure are connected to the steel pylon and the upper portion of the steel beam correspondingly, and transverse limiting is completed. Damage to the main steel beam, the steel pylon and the lower cross beam is reduced, the construction efficiency is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种大跨度双边箱钢混组合梁三向临时固接施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、下横梁加工时,在下横梁底面设置分配梁;钢梁加工时,在钢梁端面设置多个牛腿,多个牛腿对应位于分配梁正上方;S2、同时完成钢索塔及下横梁的施工,在下横梁顶面上对称设置竖向支座用于支撑钢梁,然后在下横梁顶面对称设置一对纵向限位耗能装置,其将下横梁与钢梁连接为一体,完成纵向限位;S3、钢梁安装完成后,在分配梁及多个牛腿之间设置竖向约束结构,完成竖向限位;S4、根据钢梁及钢索塔接触面角度加工配合的横向约束结构,其两端分别连接至钢索塔及钢梁上部,完成横向限位。本发明减少对主钢梁、钢索塔、下横梁的损伤,保证施工工效,降低施工成本。
