The invention discloses a sprayed concrete structure suitable for a high rock temperature environment and a preparation method of the sprayed concrete structure. The sprayed concrete structure takes a surrounding rock surface as a substrate, and sequentially comprises a quick-setting thermal insulation mortar layer, a sprayed concrete layer and an emulsion type curing agent layer, the sprayed concrete layer is prepared from the following raw material components: cement, an early high-strength admixture, an expanding agent, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent, an accelerator and water; the difference between the raw material composition and the mix proportion of the quick-setting heat-preservation and heat-insulation mortar layer and the sprayed concrete layer is that no coarse aggregate exists, fine aggregate is replaced with heat-preservation and heat-insulation aggregate, certain auxiliaries are supplemented, and the use amount of the heat-preservation and heat-insulation aggregate is the same as that of the fine aggregate. And the emulsion type curing agent layer is formed by spraying an emulsion type curing agent. The shotcrete is more reasonable in structural design, can well adapt to the high-rock-temperature environment, does not shrink in later strength, improves durability and crack resistance, and comprehensively enhances the supporting performance of the shotcrete in the high-rock-temperature environment.
本发明公开了一种适用于高岩温环境下的喷射混凝土结构及其制备方法。本发明所述喷射混凝土结构以围岩面为基底,依次包括快凝型保温隔热砂浆层、喷射混凝土层及乳液型养护剂层;所述喷射混凝土层原料组分包括水泥、早高强掺合料、膨胀剂、细骨料、粗骨料、减水剂、速凝剂及水;所述快凝型保温隔热砂浆层原材料组成和配合比与喷射混凝土层的区别在于无粗骨料,并将细骨料替换成保温隔热骨料,并辅以一定助剂,其中保温隔热骨料与细骨料用量相同;所述乳液型养护剂层为乳液型养护剂喷涂形成。本发明所述喷射混凝土结构设计更为合理,且能够很好的适应高岩温环境,后期强度不倒缩,提高耐久性和抗裂性,综合加强喷射混凝土在高岩温环境下的支护性能。
