Pressure type precast pile structure and manufacturing method thereof
The pressure type precast pile structure and the manufacturing method thereof are applied to uplift pile engineering in the anti-floating field, and the pressure type precast pile structure comprises a pile body structure, an end plate and a locking device; the pile body structure is a cylinder structure made of a reinforced concrete material and comprises a reinforcement cage framework formed by combining longitudinal main reinforcements and annular stirrups and concrete arranged on the periphery of the reinforcement cage framework in a filling mode. End plates are arranged at the two ends of the pile body structure, and a plurality of through holes are evenly distributed in the peripheries of the end plates. The locking device is of a U-shaped structure with a flange, the non-flange part of the locking device can penetrate through the through hole of the end plate, and the flange part of the locking device is in contact with the end plate; one end of the locking device is connected with the longitudinal main rib, and the other end of the locking device is connected with the anchoring rib anchored in the raft in the later period; through cooperation of the components, a pressure type precast pile structure capable of effectively locking the longitudinal main reinforcements is formed, and the problems that a conventional precast pipe pile is low in single pile bearing capacity and prone to cracking can be well solved.
本发明公开一种压力型预制桩结构及其制作方法,应用于抗浮领域中的抗拔桩工程,包含桩身结构、端板、锁定装置;桩身结构为钢筋混凝土材料制备而成的筒体结构,包含纵向主筋及环向箍筋组合形成的钢筋笼骨架,以及填充在钢筋笼骨架周边的混凝土;桩身结构的两端设置有端板,在端板周边均布有多个贯通孔;锁定装置为带有翼缘的“凹”型结构,锁定装置非翼缘部分能够穿过端板的贯通孔,翼缘部分与端板接触;锁定装置的一端与纵向主筋连接,另一端与后期锚固在筏板中的锚固筋连接;通过上述构件的配合,形成有效锁定纵向主筋的压力型预制桩结构,能够较好解决常规预制管桩单桩承载力低且容易产生裂缝的问题。
