According to the manual hole digging pile and the construction method thereof, the manual hole digging pile comprises a protection wall arranged around the inner wall of a pile hole, a locking opening in the position of the hole opening and a reinforcement cage, the protection wall is divided into multiple sections in the depth direction of the pile hole, and the inner wall face of each section of protection wall is an inclined face gradually inclining from the upper end face of the protection wall to the wall direction of the pile hole; an annular step face is formed at the joint of the upper retaining wall and the lower retaining wall, a cushion layer pouring space used for pouring a concrete cushion layer is arranged between the lower end of the reinforcement cage and the hole bottom of the pile hole, and a positioning ring with the center coinciding with the center of the pile hole is arranged on the step face of the retaining wall, close to the hole bottom, in the pile hole. The positioning ring is used for guiding the reinforcement cage and achieving centering and positioning of the reinforcement cage in the lowering process of the reinforcement cage. The positioning ring is arranged on the step face on the inclined protection wall, the function of guiding and positioning the lower end of the reinforcement cage is achieved, and the problem that the lower end of the suspended reinforcement cage lacks centering and positioning is solved. The positioning ring does not influence concrete pouring in a pile hole, and does not generate adverse effects on the later strength of a pile body.
一种人工挖孔桩及其施工方法,人工挖孔桩包括围绕桩孔内壁设置的护壁、孔口处的锁口和钢筋笼,护壁在桩孔深度方向上分为多节,每一节护壁的内壁面均为从其上端面开始逐渐向桩孔壁方向倾斜的斜面,在上下两节护壁的相接处形成环形的台阶面,钢筋笼的下端与桩孔的孔底之间设有用于浇筑混凝土垫层的垫层浇筑空间,在桩孔内靠近孔底的一节护壁的台阶面上设有中心与桩孔中心重合的定位环,定位环在钢筋笼下放过程中用于引导钢筋笼并实现对钢筋笼的对中定位。利用倾斜护壁上的台阶面设置定位环,起到对钢筋笼下端引导定位的作用,解决悬吊设置的钢筋笼下端缺少对中定位的问题。该定位环不影响桩孔内的混凝土浇筑,对桩身的后期强度不会产生不利影响。
