The invention discloses a construction method for constructing an underwater breakwater core by using a geotextile tube bag, which mainly comprises a geotextile tube bag structure form and a construction method, the geotextile tube bag is formed by weaving a polypropylene split film yarn machine-made material, and the construction method for constructing the breakwater core comprises the following specific steps: S1, fixing the geotextile tube bag in a construction prefabricated iron stand; the iron stand comprises a hoisting rope, a winding and unwinding chain and a bottom opening gate; s2, the fixed geotextile tube bags are filled with clay through an excavator; s3, a sealing bandage penetrates through an outer hole opening of the geotextile tube bag sealing bag body and is tightened; s4, a floating bottle is bound to a lifting lug at the upper right corner of the geotextile pipe bag, and positioning is convenient; and S5, the iron stand is hoisted to the designated position, the lifting hook is lowered, the bottom opening gate is opened, and the geotextile pipe bag falls to the target position in water.
