The invention discloses a lowering device for an uplift pile reinforcement cage. The device comprises a reinforcement cage connecting end, a rotary rod lower connecting sleeve, a rotary telescopic shaft, a rotary sleeve rod and a connecting rod, the upper end of the rotary sleeve rod is connected with the connecting rod through a pin shaft, the lower end of the rotary sleeve rod is movably connected with the rotary rod lower connecting sleeve, the lower portion of the rotary telescopic shaft is rotatably connected with two connecting sleeve pin shafts, and two rotary grooves are formed in the upper portion of the rotary telescopic shaft. The lower end of the rotary telescopic shaft is inserted into the connecting sleeve on the lower portion of the rotary rod, the upper end of the rotary telescopic shaft is located in the rotary sleeve rod, two rotary groove positioning tenons are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary sleeve rod and embedded into two rotary grooves of the rotary telescopic shaft, and the connecting sleeve on the lower portion of the rotary rod is inserted into the connecting end of the reinforcement cage. And the two connecting sleeve pin shafts can be inserted into through holes formed in the connecting end of the reinforcement cage after being rotated, so that the connecting sleeve at the lower part of the rotating rod is connected with the connecting end of the reinforcement cage. The device is detachable, and after the uplift pile reinforcement cage is lowered, other parts except the connection end of the reinforcement cage can be recycled.
