The method has the advantages of being good in shock insulation and waterproof effect, convenient to construct and low in cost.
本发明提供一种建筑弹性隔震防水板条及施工方法,建筑弹性隔震防水板条设置在水平隔离缝处,通过其挤压弹性变形实现隔震层上部结构与下部结构的弹性连接,替换水平隔离缝的隔震功能,弹性隔震防水板条的遇水膨胀材料还具有隔离缝的防水与密封功能,对建筑物起到隔震防水作用。施工方法包括:在隔离缝下表面钢筋网绑扎后安装弹性隔震防水板条预埋板,支护预埋板两侧模板,浇筑混凝土通过预埋板上的预留孔流入,震动捣实过程中查看预埋板排气孔处混凝土是否溢出确保密实无孔洞,凝固后安装弹性隔震防水板条,随后支护水平隔离缝上部隔震层及隔震沟顶部模板,浇筑混凝土进行隔震层上部结构施工。本发明具有隔震防水效果好、施工方便及成本低的特点。
