本发明涉及剪力墙加工技术领域,具体一种剪力墙加工装置及施工方法;包括:底座表面设置有安装板,安装板表面开设有卡槽,卡槽内设置有钢板,底座一端设置有钢柱;有益效果为:本发明提出的一种剪力墙加工装置及施工方法,在使用时在对钢板剪力墙进行安装时,首先将多个钢板插接在安装板内形成剪力墙,然后在将加强板插入在卡板内,最后在配合着钢柱对钢板两侧进行固定,且本申请的构件皆可在工厂进行加工,然后运输至实地进行转配,施工简单,缩短了施工工期,同时,各个钢板之间皆为独立构件,在一个钢板受到破坏后可单独对此钢板进行更换,后期维护成本较低,这样避免了现有的钢板剪力墙体积较大,安装困难,施工工期较长的问题。
