The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent parking spaces, and discloses an underground intelligent parking space system and method, and the system comprises a parking space module which is used for parking a vehicle; the vehicle image acquisition module is used for monitoring a parking space and acquiring a vehicle image; the vehicle image data processing module is used for preprocessing the acquired vehicle image; the vehicle image data feature extraction module is used for carrying out feature extraction on vehicle window information on the processed vehicle image data; the vehicle window non-closing detection model training module is used for training a machine learning model by utilizing the marked data set; and the model detection prompt module inputs the preprocessed vehicle image into a machine learning model and judges whether the vehicle window is not closed or not. After the vehicle is parked on the parking space, under the action of the vehicle image acquisition module, the vehicle image is acquired, then the model is used for analyzing the image data, and when it is detected that the vehicle window is not closed, a vehicle owner is prompted to close the window in time through voice, so that the property loss is effectively avoided.
