The invention discloses a door pocket of an inward opening door leaf assembly. The door pocket comprises an auxiliary pocket upright, an indoor side flat plate line and an outdoor side flat plate line. The auxiliary sleeve upright is used for being arranged on the side face of a door opening wall. The auxiliary sleeve vertical stiles are aluminum honeycomb plates; the indoor side flat plate line is connected to one side of the auxiliary sleeve upright and is positioned on the indoor side in the thickness direction of the door opening wall body; the outdoor side flat plate line is connected to the other side of the auxiliary sleeve upright and is positioned on the outdoor side in the thickness direction of the door opening wall body, and the outdoor side flat plate line is a metal outdoor side flat plate line; the side, facing the door leaf, of the outdoor side flat plate line protrudes out of the auxiliary sleeve vertical stile to form a door closing limiting part. The door closing limiting part is located on the edge of the side, facing outdoors, of the outdoor side flat plate line. In the door pocket of the inward-opening door leaf assembly, the auxiliary pocket vertical stile is made of the aluminum honeycomb plate and can be cut on site so as to be matched with the actual thickness of a door opening wall body, and the situation that the door pocket cannot be installed on site is prevented. The invention further discloses an inward opening door leaf assembly applying the door pocket.
