Preparation method of laminated patting color change glazed ceramic ware
The preparation method comprises the following process steps: (1) preparing various colored glaze materials: preparing first, second, third and fourth layers of colored glaze materials: respectively taking first, second, third and fourth layers of colored glaze raw materials, mixing, carrying out wet ball milling, sieving, and blending to obtain the first, second, third and fourth layers of colored glaze materials for later use; (2) preparing a ceramic green body; (3) biscuiting; (4) patting a first layer of colored glaze; (5) patting a second layer of colored glaze; (6) patting a third layer of colored glaze; (7) patting a fourth layer of colored glaze; and (8) firing: firing the product subjected to lamination and color beating. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the colored glaze is partially overlapped in the glaze patting process of each layer, various oxides interact and generate chemical reaction in the firing process, different colors of four different colored glazes are presented, a plurality of new colors are presented, rich and unique colors are presented, the various colored glazes are changed at the overlapped part, and the colored glazes have different colors. The transition among colors is natural, the decorative glaze layer has good layering and stereoscopic impression, the colors are richer, and higher aesthetic feeling is generated.
本发明公开了一种叠层拍色变化釉陶瓷器的制备方法，包括以下工艺步骤：(1)各种色釉釉料制备：第一、二、三、四层色釉釉料的制备：分别取第一、二、三、四层色釉原料混和后进行湿法球磨，过筛，调配成第一、二、三、四层色釉釉料备用；(2)陶瓷器坯体制备；(3)素烧；(4)第一层色釉的拍制；(5)第二层色釉的拍制；(6)第三层色釉的拍制；(7)第四层色釉的拍制；(8)烧成：对经叠层拍色的制品进行烧成。本发明具有以下优点：在各层拍釉过程中色釉之间部分相互重叠，烧成中各种氧化物相互作用，产生化学反应，呈现出除了四种不同色釉各自的不同颜色之外，变化出多种新的颜色，呈现出丰富的、独特的色彩，各种色釉在重叠部分发生变化，色彩之间过渡自然，装饰釉层具有很好的层次感、立体感，色彩更加丰富，产生更高的美感。
