Cement reinforcing additive and application thereof in cement-based material
The invention provides a cement reinforcing additive. The cement reinforcing additive comprises an organic component and a modified inorganic component in a weight ratio of 1: (0.5-5), the organic component is an organic monomer containing unsaturated double bonds, and the modified inorganic component is obtained by modifying an inorganic component capable of participating in a hydration product generation process through polymerizable siloxane; the cement reinforcing additive can be applied to preparation of cement-based materials; the finally obtained cement-based material is a cement-based material with an organic-inorganic hybrid network built inside, compared with a traditional method of directly adding polymer emulsion or fiber, the doping amount of organic components is small, no negative influence is generated on the working performance of the cement-based material, and even the workability is improved under part of conditions. Compared with a traditional method of adding inorganic nano particles or hybrid nano particles, the method has the advantages that the effect of the nano particles in the cement-based material can be more effectively exerted, that is, the nano particles serve as a part of bridging to connect hydration products and organic components, and the breaking strength is effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种水泥增强添加剂,包括重量分数比为1:(0.5‑5)的有机组分、改性无机组分;有机组分为含有不饱和双键的有机单体,改性无机组分由可参与到水化产物生成过程中的无机组分通过可聚合硅氧烷改性而得;水泥增强添加剂可应用于水泥基材料的制备中;本申请最终得到的水泥基材料为一种内部构建有有机无机杂化网络的水泥基材料,相较于传统的直接加入聚合物乳液或纤维的方法,有机组分掺加量少,且对水泥基材料的工作性能没有负面影响,甚至部分条件下对工作性有所提升。与传统的加入无机纳米粒子或杂化纳米粒子相比,本方法能够更有效的发挥纳米粒子在水泥基材料中的作用,即作为桥连的一部分,连接水化产物和有机组分,有效提升抗折强度。
