Sapphire surface high-continuous-strength coating and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a sapphire surface high-continuous-strength coating and a preparation process thereof, the coating comprises at least one layer of wear-resistant material and an interface layer, and the wear-resistant material is one or a composition of more of aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, diamond-like carbon, chromic oxide and ferroferric oxide; the material of the interface layer is one or a composition of more of silicone rubber, polystyrene, PP (polypropylene) and PET (polyethylene terephthalate); the preparation method comprises the steps of pretreatment, interface layer formation, wear-resistant material deposition and post-treatment. Aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, diamond-like carbon, chromic oxide, ferroferric oxide and other wear-resistant materials are used as the plating layer, so that the wear resistance of the sapphire surface is remarkably improved; and meanwhile, the interface layer constructed by materials such as silicone rubber, polystyrene, PP and PET can effectively improve the adhesive force between the plating layer and the sapphire substrate.
本发明公开了一种蓝宝石表面高连续强度镀层及其制备工艺,所述的镀层包括至少一层耐磨材料以及界面层,所述的耐磨材料为氮化铝、氮化硅、类金刚石碳、氧化铬以及四氧化三铁中的一种或几种的组合物;界面层材料为硅橡胶、聚苯乙烯、PP以及PET中的一种或几种的组合物;制备方法包括预处理、界面层形成、耐磨材料沉积以及后处理。通过应用氮化铝、氮化硅、类金刚石碳、氧化铬以及四氧化三铁等耐磨材料作为镀层,显著提高了蓝宝石表面的耐磨性能;同时使用硅橡胶、聚苯乙烯、PP以及PET等材料构建的界面层能有效提高镀层与蓝宝石基底之间的附着力。
