High-strength anti-scouring aerogel composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength anti-scouring aerogel composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of thermal protection materials for aircrafts. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, sequentially and uniformly spraying four self-made placeholder agents on an anti-scouring treatment surface of a rigid ceramic heat-insulating tile blank material, and simultaneously using a spraying agent as an auxiliary agent to realize pretreatment; then compounding with silicon dioxide aerogel, and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment to obtain an aerogel composite material to be coated; and finally, preparing a high-emissivity coating on an area S on the surface of the aerogel composite material to be coated, so as to obtain the high-strength anti-scouring aerogel composite material. The problems that a ceramic aerogel composite material is low in strength, poor in anti-scouring performance and difficult in coating preparation can be solved.
本发明公开了一种高强度抗冲刷气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法,属于飞行器热防护材料制备技术领域。本发明首先通过在刚性陶瓷隔热瓦毛坯料的抗冲刷处理面上依次均匀喷涂四种自制占位剂,同时用冲淋剂作为辅助,实现预处理;然后与二氧化硅气凝胶进行复合,经过高温热处理,得到待做涂层的气凝胶复合材料;最后在待做涂层的气凝胶复合材料表面S区域制备高发射率涂层,得到高强度抗冲刷气凝胶复合材料。本发明能够解决陶瓷气凝胶复合材料强度低、抗冲刷差、涂层制备困难的问题。
