The high-adsorption dispersing type polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises a polyether structural unit, a carboxylic acid structural unit and an esterification structural unit in a mass ratio of 180: (15-25): (2-6). The preparation method is characterized in that a polyether structure unit, a carboxylic acid structure unit and an esterification structure unit with specific structures are simultaneously introduced into a polycarboxylic acid molecular chain, so that the dispersing performance of the polycarboxylic acid water reducer can be greatly improved, and the weakening of the adsorption of montmorillonite and the like on the polycarboxylic acid water reducer is facilitated; the mud resistance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is improved.
