The invention discloses a heat absorption tower karst foundation treatment construction process which comprises the following construction process steps: S1, determining the position of lava according to geological exploration results and stress characteristics of a heat absorption tower, and performing grouting treatment on karst within the influence range of a bearing stratum of the foundation by adopting M25 cement mortar or cement paste; s2, slurry is uniformly injected into a stratum through a grouting pipe according to the hydraulic, pneumatic or electrochemical principle so as to be filled, permeated and compacted; s3, removing moisture and air in soil particles or rock fractures and then occupying the positions of the soil particles or the rock fractures; and S4, cementing the original loose soil particles or cracks into a whole through the slurry. The foundation treatment construction technology is optimized and innovated mainly from the aspects of the stress condition, the fusion condition with the surrounding rock stratum, the treatment process and the like, a pressure grouting method is selected for foundation treatment construction, the technology forms a construction process method and is applied to a corresponding construction site, the engineering investment is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. And good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了吸热塔岩溶基础处理施工工艺,包括下列施工工艺步骤:S1根据地勘结果和吸热塔受力特点,确定熔岩位置,对基础持力层影响范围内的岩溶,采用M25水泥砂浆或水泥浆进行压浆处理;S2利用液压、气压或电化学原理,通过注浆管把浆液均匀地注入地层中以填充、渗透和挤密;S3赶走土颗粒间或岩石裂隙中的水分和空气后占据其位置;S4通过浆液将原来松散的土粒或裂隙胶结成一个整体。本发明主要从受力情况、与周围岩层的融入情况、处理工艺等方面入手,对地基处理施工技术进行了优化和创新,选定用压力注浆方法进行地基处理施工,将本技术形成施工工艺方法,并在相应施工现场进行应用,不仅减少了工程投资,而且具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
