The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power building construction, and particularly discloses a construction method of an offshore wind power single-pile foundation, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, mounting a foundation pile on a pile position, and ensuring the construction directionality of the foundation pile by using a positioning platform, so that the foundation pile is gradually submerged into a liquid surface and a mud surface; after the foundation pile stops diving, a vibratory hammer is installed, and the foundation pile is continuously dived through the vibratory hammer until the bottom of the foundation pile makes contact with a seabed bedrock layer; then grouting is utilized to form a grouting reinforcing body on the outer side of the foundation pile; the grouting reinforcing bodies are sequentially formed from bottom to top, and the grouting reinforcing bodies in different layers form a whole; and after grouting is completed, the grouting equipment is dismantled, the top of the foundation pile is connected with the wind turbine generator tower, and construction is completed. According to the construction method provided by the invention, a plurality of layers of grouting reinforcement bodies are formed at the bottom of the foundation pile in a grouting manner, and the grouting reinforcement bodies form a whole, so that the foundation pile is combined with the seabed foundation, and the purpose of quickly reinforcing the foundation pile is achieved.
