A sealing plate and a first hoop are arranged at the lower end of the lowermost pipe joint, the sealing plate covers the end face of the pipe joint in a sealing mode, the whole circle of the upper end of the first hoop is clamped in an annular groove in the outer wall of the pipe joint, the whole circle of the lower end of the first hoop is connected with the outer edge of the sealing plate, and a lifting lug is arranged on the upper side of the center of the sealing plate; inserting rods, positioning blocks and second hoops are arranged between the adjacent layers of pipe joints, the inserting rods are axially distributed along the end faces of the pipe joints, the lower ends of the inserting rods are embedded in the lower layer of pipe joints, and the upper ends of the inserting rods are contained in the mounting holes of the upper layer of pipe joints at certain intervals. One part of each positioning block sleeves the corresponding insertion rod and is clamped between the end faces of the adjacent layers of pipe joints, the other part of each positioning block simultaneously limits the inner walls of the adjacent layers of pipe joints, and the upper end and the lower end of the second hoop are clamped in annular grooves in the outer walls of the adjacent layers of pipe joints in a whole circle respectively; the sealing plate and the inserting rod are made of hard materials, the first hoop and the second hoop are made of elastic water-swelling materials, and the positioning block is made of elastic materials.
