The device comprises a frame box body, and a pile body positioning device is arranged at the top of the frame box body; the precast pile is vertically positioned through the pile body positioning device; a high-strength tempered glass plate is arranged on the frame box body, and a light winch and a watertight door are arranged on the two opposite sides of the frame box body respectively. A set of pile body positioning device is installed on the upper portion of the frame box body, it is guaranteed that pile body deflection does not occur in the pile pressing process of a pile foundation test, and the test efficiency and the test accuracy are improved; the clamp module is of an up-down symmetrical structure, and the model pile penetrates through the clamp module, is restrained by the rubber wheels in multiple directions, can only move in the axial direction of a pile body and does not incline.
