The invention discloses a precise control device and method for electro-hydraulic steering of engineering machinery. A main pump unit communicates with a hydraulic execution unit through an electro-hydraulic steering unit; the control unit is connected with the electric control handle unit, the main pump unit and the electro-hydraulic steering unit, the electric control handle unit controls the main pump unit and the electro-hydraulic steering unit through the control unit, and a steering handle sends a signal and then passes through a valve element displacement calculation module and a flow matching module of the controller. Real-time matching of the valve element displacement of the reversing valve and the output flow of the electric control pump is achieved, the actual displacement fed back by the displacement sensor is compared with the set target displacement, the driving current of the displacement of the reversing valve is adjusted in real time, and high-precision matching of the displacement of the electric control main pump and the valve element and electronic buffering of steering stopping are achieved.

本发明公开一种工程机械电液转向精准控制装置及方法，电液转向单元将主泵单元与液压执行单元连通；控制单元连接电控手柄单元、主泵单元和电液转向单元，通过控制单元实现电控手柄单元对主泵单元和电液转向单元的控制，转向手柄发出信号后经过控制器的阀芯位移计算模块和流量匹配模块，实现换向阀阀芯位移和电控泵输出流量的实时匹配，通过位移传感器反馈的实际位移与设定的目标位移进行比较，实时调节换向阀位移的驱动电流，实现电控主泵与阀芯位移高精度匹配及转向停止的电子缓冲。
