The invention relates to a house building foundation drainage structure and a construction method thereof. The house building foundation drainage structure comprises a sewage pipeline and an inspection well. The device further comprises a plurality of supporting bases used for being placed in the groove, a plurality of supporting frames are arranged on the tops of the supporting bases, and the supporting frames are sequentially arranged at intervals in the length direction of the sewage pipeline. Annular grooves are coaxially formed in the outer circumferential surface of the sewage pipeline and are sequentially arranged at intervals in the length direction of the sewage pipeline; the tops of the supporting frames are used for being inserted into and limited in the corresponding ring grooves.
