The invention relates to an online plugging method for leakage of a circulating water drainage port, which comprises the following steps: S1, determining a plugging section of a drainage culvert pipe according to a leakage point of the drainage port, and dividing the plugging section into a left mold bag plugging section, a right mold bag plugging section and an underwater concrete plugging section positioned between the left mold bag plugging section and the right mold bag plugging section; s2, two through holes are excavated in the ground at intervals in a one-to-one correspondence mode corresponding to the two mold bag plugging sections, and the through holes extend to the upper surface of a top plate of the drainage culvert pipe from the ground; s3, local top plates are separated according to the sizes of the mold bags to form mounting holes, the mold bags are put down and mounted sequentially through the through holes and the mounting holes, concrete is injected for filling after the mold bags are mounted in place to form a mold bag plugging body, and the space of the two mold bag plugging sections is plugged; s4, corresponding to the underwater concrete plugging section, a pouring hole is dug in the ground, and the pouring hole extends from the ground to the drainage culvert pipe and penetrates through the top plate; and S5, underwater non-dispersible concrete is injected into the space of the underwater concrete plugging section through the pouring hole for plugging, and online non-stop safe plugging is achieved.
