The invention discloses a combined concrete precast slab and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete precast slabs. The prefabricated slab comprises a prefabricated slab body, connecting steel bars are symmetrically and fixedly connected into the prefabricated slab body, guide grooves are symmetrically formed in one end of the prefabricated slab body, one ends of the connecting steel bars penetrate through the prefabricated slab body and are inserted into the guide grooves, and connecting grooves are symmetrically formed in one end of the prefabricated slab body; the other end of the prefabricated slab body is fixedly connected with a metal supporting block matched with the connecting groove. When a connecting steel bar is guided to be inserted into a guide groove, a metal supporting block is conveniently driven to be aligned with a connecting groove, and then one end of a fixing clamping block can be pushed to be inserted into a fixing groove while the metal supporting block is guided to be inserted into the connecting groove, so that fixed clamping connection is formed between two prefabricated slab bodies which are adjacent end to end; therefore, the connecting and supporting strength between the two adjacent prefabricated slab bodies end to end is effectively improved.
