A rainwater collecting device for municipal construction comprises a draining tank, a water storage tank and a drainage pipe. The draining tank is arranged at the lower part of the roof; the water storage tank is pre-buried underground; the drainage pipe is communicated between the draining groove and the water storage tank, an impurity removing mechanism, a filtering mechanism and a cleaning mechanism are arranged in the drainage pipe, and the filtering mechanism is arranged on the cross section of the drainage pipe; the impurity removal mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are respectively arranged on the inner wall of the drainage pipe at the upstream and downstream of the filtering mechanism, the impurity removal mechanism is used for removing impurities in rainwater filtered by the filtering mechanism out of the drainage pipe, and the cleaning mechanism is used for dredging the filtering mechanism; and a control mechanism for controlling the impurity removal mechanism, the filtering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism to work is arranged in the drainage pipe. Water resources can be collected, and municipal drainage pressure is reduced.
