Full-automatic indoor wall plastering robot and operation method thereof
The invention discloses a full-automatic indoor wall plastering robot and an operation method thereof. The full-automatic indoor wall plastering robot comprises a whole machine moving chassis, a feeding and distributing system, a feedback assembly, a plastering device, a moving workbench, a frame lifting mechanism and an electric control system. The movable chassis is used for providing the indoor moving effect of the whole machine, the supporting effect of the whole machine during operation and the bearing effect of multiple parts of the whole machine. The feeding and distributing system is used for being matched with accurate supply of mortar materials for wall plastering operation and has the function of automatically controlling and accurately feeding operation parts. The feedback assembly is used for building an indoor environment map, positioning the whole machine and detecting and feeding back the wall plastering operation quality based on vision and radar; and the plastering device is used for completing the up-down scraping operation of the large surface of the wall surface and performing humanoid accurate smearing repair on the defect part after the large surface is scraped. According to the invention, the autonomous operation level can be improved, the waste of mortar materials can be reduced, the plastering operation efficiency of the indoor wall surface can be improved, and the dependence of the repairing operation on the requirement of manpower is reduced.
