Post-cast strip chiseling and cleaning method
The post-cast strip dabbing and cleaning method comprises the following steps: when a structural joint is constructed, reserving a sump at the bottom of the structural joint; after concrete of structures on the two sides of the structural joint is initially set, high-pressure water sprayers are fixed to the rod pieces and extend into the structural joint through gaps between the surface layer steel bars, and sewage pumps are fixed to the rod pieces and extend into the water collecting pit through gaps between the surface layer steel bars and the bottom layer steel bars; the two side faces of the structural joint are scabbled through high-pressure jet flow sprayed by the high-pressure water spray heads, generated sewage, laitance and original muck at the bottom of the structural joint are gathered into the water collecting pit, and the sewage and garbage gathered into the water collecting pit are pumped away to the water collecting position through the sewage pump. The method does not need to be manually tripped into the structural joint, construction is convenient and easy, surface layer steel bars do not need to be cut off, and bottom muck is easy to clean.
本发明公开一种后浇带凿毛及清理方法,施工构造缝时,在其底部预留集水坑;构造缝两侧结构的混凝土初凝后,将高压水喷头固定在杆件上并通过面层钢筋的间隙伸入构造缝内,将污水泵固定在杆件上并通过面层钢筋和底层钢筋的间隙伸入集水坑内,利用高压水喷头喷出的高压射流对构造缝两侧面进行凿毛处理,产生的污水、浮浆以及构造缝底部原本的渣土汇入集水坑内,利用污水泵将汇入集水坑内的污水及垃圾抽走至集水处。本方法无需人工下入构造缝内,施工方便轻松,无需切断面层钢筋,底部渣土好清理。
