The invention discloses a construction method of an inclined super-thick stiff concrete shear wall formwork structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a guide wall is constructed; secondly, a formwork bottom frame is installed; thirdly, a formwork bottom frame is fixed; fourthly, shear wall stiff plates are installed; fifthly, shear wall formworks and supporting structures are installed, specifically, the formworks, the opposite tension braces, the right side supports and the left side tension braces are installed; and sixthly, shear wall pouring and curing are conducted, specifically, shear wall concrete is poured into a shear wall pouring cavity, and curing is conducted through a curing pipeline arranged in the shear wall formwork. The formwork bottom frame is installed through the guide wall body and the base, the shear wall formwork is fixed in a pulling and supporting combined mode, opposite supporting and inner supporting are formed through installation of the screws formed in a combined mode, and stable and reliable formwork supporting of the super-thick concrete shear wall is achieved.
本发明公开了倾斜超厚劲性混凝土剪力墙支模结构的施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、施工导墙;步骤二、安装模板底框;步骤三、固定模板底框;步骤四、安装剪力墙劲性板;步骤五、安装剪力墙模板及支撑结构:模板安装、对拉撑安装、右侧支撑安装、左侧拉撑安装;步骤六、剪力墙浇筑与养护:在剪力墙浇筑空腔内浇筑剪力墙混凝土、利用剪力墙模板内设的养护管道进行养护。本发明利用导墙本体与底座安装模板底框,利用拉与撑结合的方式固定剪力墙模板,利用组合成型的螺杆安装形成对撑与内撑,实现了超厚混凝土剪力墙的模板支撑的稳定可靠。
