The invention discloses a construction and installation method for building ALC wallboards. The construction and installation method comprises the following steps that firstly, an ALC wallboard installation frame is assembled; 2, the ALC wallboard mounting frame is mounted at the to-be-mounted position of a building; and 3, construction and installation of the ALC wallboard. The method is simple in step and reasonable in design, lifting of the ALC wallboards is achieved through the ALC wallboard mounting frame, translation of the frame body is achieved through the translation oil cylinder, the method adapts to mounting of the ALC wallboards in the width direction, and the mounting efficiency of the ALC wallboards is improved.

本发明公开了一种建筑物ALC墙板施工安装方法，包括以下步骤：一、ALC墙板安装架的组装；二、ALC墙板安装架安装至建筑物待安装处；三、ALC墙板施工安装。本发明方法步骤简单，设计合理，利用ALC墙板安装架实现ALC墙板吊装，且通过平移油缸实现架体平移，适应宽度方向ALC墙板安装，提高了ALC墙板的安装效率。
