The invention relates to the technical field of limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization, in particular to a wet desulphurization gypsum treatment method which comprises the following steps: sulfur gypsum slurry enters from a gypsum cyclone through a distributor of a filter; the filter operates to move the sulfur gypsum slurry to the first leaching part; the filter operates to move the sulfur gypsum slurry to a first filter cake loosening part; the filter operates to move the sulfur gypsum slurry to a second leaching part; the filter operates to move the sulfur gypsum slurry to a second filter cake loosening part; and the filter operates to move the sulfur gypsum slurry to the discharging part. A plurality of sets of adjacent drip washing parts and filter cake loosening parts are additionally arranged on the vacuum filter, the filter cake loosening devices and the drip washing parts are matched to effectively remove moisture and break an oil film, the height can be adjusted, the distance between a vent groove and the surface of filter cloth is guaranteed, air leakage is avoided while the oil film is broken, and the service life of the filter is prolonged. And the condition of poor solid-liquid separation effect caused by sealing of the oil film is avoided.
本发明涉及石灰石‑石膏湿法脱硫技术领域，尤其涉及一种湿法脱硫石膏处理方法，包括硫石膏浆料从石膏旋流器经过过滤机的布料器进入；过滤机运行将硫石膏浆料移动至第一淋洗部件；过滤机运行将硫石膏浆料移动至第一滤饼疏松部件处；过滤机运行将硫石膏浆料移动至第二淋洗部件处；过滤机运行将硫石膏浆料移动至第二滤饼疏松部件处；过滤机运行将硫石膏浆料移动至卸料部件处。通过在真空式的过滤机上增设多套相邻的淋洗部件和滤饼疏松部件，其中滤饼疏松装置与淋洗部件之间的配合能够有效的去除水分并破除油膜，还能够进行高度调节，保证通气槽距离滤布表面深度，实现油膜破除的同时避免漏气，避免由于油膜的封闭造成的固液分离效果不佳的情况。
