The invention discloses a composite auxiliary cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite auxiliary cementing material mainly comprises microorganism synergistic carbon sequestration waste residue powder and an aluminum-containing auxiliary cementing material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: testing the contents of aluminum oxide and calcium carbonate in the microorganism synergistic carbon sequestration waste residue powder and the aluminum-containing auxiliary cementing material, so that the mass ratio of the aluminum oxide to the calcium carbonate is 0.5-3.0 when the microorganism synergistic carbon sequestration waste residue powder is compounded with one or more aluminum-containing auxiliary cementing materials. The prepared composite auxiliary cementing material is higher in overall chemical matching performance and higher in hydration activity when being used for cement concrete, the clinker coefficient is reduced, carbon emission is reduced, and the microorganism synergistic carbon sequestration waste residue powder is a negative carbon material.
