The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory material preparation, and particularly relates to a low-heat-conductivity tin bath bottom brick and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of a green body: completely mixing a synthetic material, microporous mullite aggregate, pure calcium aluminate cement and high-temperature cement, pouring the mixture into a mold, and performing high-frequency vibration molding to obtain the green body; (2) sintering; and (3) polishing: cutting and polishing to obtain the low-heat-conductivity tin bath bottom brick. The preparation method of the synthetic material comprises the following steps: crushing and mixing tabular corundum, pure calcium aluminate cement, tabular clay, clay and food-grade cyclodextrin, adding water, carrying out extrusion molding under 60-75MPa, naturally drying in the shade for 1-2 days, drying at 50-110 DEG C, sintering in a high-temperature shuttle kiln, and crushing after sintering to obtain the synthetic material. The low-heat-conductivity tin bath bottom brick disclosed by the invention is low in heat conductivity coefficient, long in service life and good in H2 diffusivity resistance.
本发明属于耐火材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种低导热锡槽底砖及其制备方法。包括以下步骤:(1)坯体的制备:将合成料、微孔莫来石骨料、纯铝酸钙水泥、高温水泥完全混合后倒入模具内,经高频振动成型,得到坯体;(2)烧结;(3)打磨:切割、打磨后,即得低导热锡槽底砖。所述合成料的制备方法为:将板状刚玉、纯铝酸钙水泥、板状粘土、粘土和食品级环糊精粉碎混合,加水在60‑75MPa下挤出成型,自然阴干1‑2天,然后在50‑110℃下烘干,进入高温梭式窑进行烧结,烧结结束后,进行破碎,即得合成料。本发明所述的低导热锡槽底砖导热系数低、使用寿命长、抗H2扩散性好。
