The invention discloses a novel composite ceramic coating for preventing carburization of an ethylene cracking tube and a preparation method of the novel composite ceramic coating, and belongs to the technical field of material science and engineering.Under the action of laser sintering, polysilazane and Al mixed liquid are cracked and self-healed to generate compact SiO2, SiC, SiCN and SiCNO which are combined to form a composite hard-phase ceramic membrane, and the composite hard-phase ceramic membrane is used for preventing carburization of the ethylene cracking tube. The composite hard-phase ceramic coating can fill pores generated by organic matter cracking in the sintered ethylene cracking pipe, repair damage to the surface of the ethylene cracking pipe, effectively prevent the ethylene cracking pipe from carburizing and reduce the coking amount, so that the service life of the cracking pipe is prolonged, and meanwhile, the structural strength and stability of the ethylene cracking pipe can be enhanced.
本发明公开了一种新型防止乙烯裂解管渗碳的复合陶瓷涂层及其制备方法,属于材料科学与工程技术领域,通过在激光烧结的作用下,使得聚硅氮烷与Al混合液裂解自愈合生成致密的SiO2、SiC和SiCN以及SiCNO组合形成复合硬质相陶瓷膜,复合硬质相陶瓷涂层可以在烧结乙烯裂解管中填补有机物裂解产生的孔隙,修复乙烯裂解管表面的损伤,有效防止乙烯裂解管出现渗碳的现象,减少结焦量,从而延长裂解管的使用寿命,同时也能够增强乙烯裂解管的结构强度和稳定性。
