The storage cavity and the side reserved cavity are formed in the main shell, and the bottom supporting plate capable of elastically discharging sand and stones and the discharging plate are arranged in the storage cavity, so that a soil layer at the bottom of a new roadbed can pull a transmission component in the side reserved cavity to move in the rapid sedimentation process; and therefore, the discharging plate is driven to discharge the gravel in the storage cavity into the sedimentation cavity for filling, and breakage caused by uneven sedimentation between the new roadbed and the old roadbed is avoided.
