Design and construction method of asphalt concrete panel and diaphragm wall joint on deep covering layer
The invention belongs to the technical field of earth and rockfill dam buildings, and provides a design and construction method for a joint of an asphalt concrete panel and an anti-seepage wall on a deep covering layer, which comprises the following steps: 1) providing a design and construction method for a joint area of the asphalt concrete panel and the concrete anti-seepage wall; and (2) the top of the diaphragm wall adopts a trapezoidal design and is constructed through a cast-in-place method. The concrete anti-seepage wall has the beneficial effects that the concrete anti-seepage wall is wrapped by the asphalt concrete made of the large-volume flexible material, and the ultrahigh joint is reserved, so that differential settlement caused by modulus difference between a covering layer and the concrete anti-seepage wall can be converted into penetration of the anti-seepage wall into the asphalt concrete joint; a water stop structure between the downstream side of the traditional diaphragm wall and the panel/connecting plate is omitted; and meanwhile, due to the trapezoidal design of the top of the anti-seepage wall, it can be guaranteed that the anti-seepage wall can be tightly attached to the asphalt concrete all the time in the penetrating process, the good anti-seepage performance is kept, and the safety of the face plate dam anti-seepage system on the covering layer is improved.
本发明属于土石坝建筑技术领域,提供一种深厚覆盖层上沥青混凝土面板与防渗墙接头的设计及施工方法,包括:1)提出了沥青混凝土面板与混凝土防渗墙接头区的设计和施工方法;2)防渗墙顶部采用梯形设计并通过现浇法施工。本发明的有益效果为:通过大体积柔性材料的沥青混凝土包裹混凝土防渗墙并预留超高的接头设计,可将覆盖层与混凝土防渗墙模量差导致的不均匀沉降转换为防渗墙在沥青混凝土接头的刺入,取消了传统防渗墙下游侧与面板/连接板之间的止水结构;同时防渗墙顶部的梯形设计,能够保证防渗墙在刺入过程中可一直与沥青混凝土紧密贴合并保持良好的防渗性能,提高覆盖层上面板坝防渗系统的安全性。
