The self-collecting and self-cleaning floating debris blocking row system comprises floating debris blocking row units which are continuously hinged, each floating debris blocking row unit comprises a floating box, a floating debris blocking assembly fixed to the upstream side of the floating box and a waterwheel rotationally arranged on the other side of the floating box, a crawler-type rotating screen plate is arranged on the surface of each floating debris blocking assembly, and the two ends of each screen plate are connected with chains; and the waterwheel is in transmission connection with the chain wheel through a transmission assembly. The effects of automatically collecting the garbage and automatically cleaning the garbage blocked at the filter holes by the floating debris blocking row system are achieved.
