The method has the beneficial effects that the damage to the building and the piled raft foundation is small, and the safety of the rectification method is obviously improved; the stress relief hole is convenient to construct and high in adaptability to the stratum; and the rectification efficiency is obviously improved.
本发明涉及建筑领域,提供一种桩筏基础双向应力解除纠倾方法,在桩筏基础沉降最小的筏板边缘的外侧地面,打一排水平应力解除孔,解除建筑物回倾时的侧阻力和进一步下沉时的拖曳力;自筏板顶面向下打多个竖向应力解除孔至桩端持力层内,并在竖向应力解除孔的布置区域的持力层内掏土扰动,解除基桩下端的应力,促使建筑物沉降从而实现纠倾。本发明的有益效果在于:对建筑物及桩筏基础本身损伤小,纠倾方法安全性显著提高;应力解除孔施工便利,对地层的适应性强;纠倾效率显著提高。
