The second pump is respectively connected with a movable arm regeneration valve, a movable arm valve II, a bucket valve and a bucket rod valve II; the movable arm regeneration valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the movable arm cylinder; the movable arm second valve is connected with the movable arm cylinder; a rod cavity of the movable arm cylinder is connected with the oil tank through a one-way valve; the bucket valve is connected with the bucket cylinder; the second bucket rod valve is connected with the bucket rod cylinder; the third pump is connected with a first bucket rod valve, and the first bucket rod valve is connected with a bucket rod cylinder. Throttling loss caused by load difference in the composite action process of multiple actuators is eliminated, potential energy recovery in the descending process of the movable arm is achieved, meanwhile, stability and flexibility in the descending process of the movable arm are improved, and the air suction phenomenon can be avoided.
