The invention relates to the technical field of waterproofing, and discloses an externally-attached waterproof structure which comprises a water stop belt which covers the upstream face of a concrete structure and is detachably connected with the concrete structure. The water-stop belt comprises a first water-stop belt covering the top of the deformation joint and a second water-stop belt which is connected to the first water-stop belt and detachably connected to the upstream face of the concrete structure through a fixing structure, and the first water-stop belt is arranged to be capable of correspondingly deforming along with the change of the width of the deformation joint; the water stop belt is prevented from being torn and damaged due to deformation of concrete structures on the two sides of the deformation joint. According to the technical scheme, the water-stop belt is detachably connected to the upstream face of the concrete structure through the fixing structure and covers the top of the deformation joint, an existing concrete structure does not need to be chiseled away during installation, stressed steel bars are prevented from being damaged, and after the water-stop belt reaches the service life, the water-stop belt can be rapidly disassembled by directly disassembling the fixing structure, so that the construction efficiency is improved. The concrete structure does not need to be chiseled, and materials and energy are saved.
