The sound-absorbing decorative plate with the auxiliary splicing function comprises a sound-absorbing decorative plate body, a first extending clamping block is arranged at the bottom of the sound-absorbing decorative plate body, and a second extending clamping block is arranged in the middle of one side of the sound-absorbing decorative plate body; and the middle part of the other side of the sound-absorbing decorative plate is provided with another group of fitting grooves corresponding to the second extension clamping blocks. According to the sound-absorbing decorative plate, the locking part is tightened with the two sets of pre-fixing parts under the cooperation of the gravity lock assembly and the transmission part, so that when the sound-absorbing decorative plate body is spliced, transverse splicing can be conducted firstly, then vertical splicing is conducted, and the gravity lock assembly is automatically fixed and matched with the transmission part under the gravity of the sound-absorbing decorative plate body above; and the transverse sound-absorbing decorative plate body is fixed, so that repeated extrusion and splicing with force are not needed, and the sound-absorbing decorative plate body does not need to be fixed by additionally utilizing a buckle on the keel frame.

本发明公开了一种具有辅助拼接功能的吸音装饰板，包括：吸音装饰板本体，所述吸音装饰板本体底部设置有第一延伸卡块，所述吸音装饰板一侧的中部设置有第二延伸卡块，且吸音装饰板另一侧的中部开设有与第二延伸卡块相对应的另一组贴合槽。本发明具备通过锁固部件在重力锁组件与传动部件的配合下，与两组预固定部件紧致，使得在拼接吸音装饰板本体时，可以先横向大概的拼接，随后再垂直拼接，重力锁组件在上方的吸音装饰板本体的重力下，进行自动固定，配合传动部件，将横向的吸音装饰板本体进行固定，从而不用反复的用力挤压拼接，并且不需要额外利用龙骨架上的卡扣来固定吸音装饰板本体优点。
