The invention relates to a pre-embedded outer frame wall connecting method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, pre-embedded parts are connected with steel bars in a wall in a binding mode; 2, concrete is poured at the positions of wall steel bars; 3, steel pipe fasteners are manufactured; and fourthly, the outer frame steel pipes are fixedly connected with the embedded parts through steel pipe fasteners. The lengthened nut cylinder component and the concrete structure are connected in an embedded mode, and the concrete structure and the wall connecting steel pipe are connected through the customized steel pipe fastener and the bolt, so that the wall connecting steel pipe is connected to the concrete structure in a fastened mode.
