Movable concrete 3D printer structure
The invention provides a movable concrete 3D printer structure, and belongs to the technical field of concrete 3D printing. The structure comprises a steel structure framework, wheel shafts, wheels, adjustable steering supports, a concrete material spraying pipe, a moving device and a motor, the steel structure framework is of an n-shaped structure, the bottoms of two vertical steel frames are connected with the adjustable steering supports respectively, the wheel shafts are installed at one pair of diagonal positions of the adjustable steering supports, the wheels are installed on the wheel shafts, and one wheel shaft is connected with a rocker; a concrete material spray pipe is vertically mounted on a top cross beam of the steel framework through a moving device. In the structure, the rocker can change the direction to facilitate movement of the printer, the design of the printer spray pipe can make concrete uniform, the quality of the concrete is guaranteed, and waste of raw materials is reduced; and through the moving device, left-right and up-down sliding can be achieved, more accurate work can be achieved, and meanwhile the printing range is widened.
本发明提供一种可移动的混凝土3D打印机结构,属于混凝土3D打印技术领域。该结构包括钢构骨架、轮轴、轮、可调节转向支架、混凝土材料喷管、移动装置和电机,钢构骨架为门字型结构,且两根竖直钢架底部分别连接可调节转向支架,可调节转向支架其中一对对角位置安装轮轴,轮轴上安装轮,其中一个轮轴连接摇杆;钢构骨架顶部横梁上通过移动装置垂直安装混凝土材料喷管。该结构中,摇杆可以改变方向,便于打印机移动,打印机喷管设计可以让混凝土变的均匀,保证混凝土质量,减少原材料的浪费;通过移动装置,可以实现左右上下的滑动,能够更加精准的工作同时提高打印范围。
