The invention relates to the field of escape locks, in particular to a delayed unlocking type downward pressing type escape door lock device which comprises a main lock seat, an auxiliary lock seat, a downward pressing type handle assembly, a stop block, a position sensing module and a timing type electromagnetic traction assembly. The pressing type handle assembly is used for moving from a locking position to an unlocking position along a driving path, so that at least one locking element of the main lock seat is separated from a lock groove for unlocking. The stopping block is arranged on the auxiliary lock seat and used for moving between a stopping position for stopping the driving path and an avoiding position for avoiding the driving path. The timing type electromagnetic traction assembly is used for starting timing when the position sensing module senses that the downward pressing type handle assembly is separated from the locking position and pulling the check block to move to the avoiding position from the blocking position after a preset delay time is delayed, so that the downward pressing type handle assembly moves to the unlocking position along the driving path, and unlocking is delayed.
