The invention relates to the field of construction, and more particularly to the production of three-dimensional network structures. The present invention claims a flexible belt made of a polymeric material comprising reinforcing elements and protrusions arranged on the belt surface. A reinforcing element is provided in contact with a surface of the belt and is embedded in the protrusion at a point where the protrusion and the reinforcing element intersect. A method of manufacturing a flexible strip of polymeric material includes extruding a polymeric material to produce a flat blank, laying reinforcing elements on a surface of the blank, rolling the blank to produce protrusions on the surface of the blank, and cutting the blank into a strip. In the rolling step, during the formation of the protrusion, the reinforcing element is embedded in the protrusion at a point where the protrusion and the reinforcing element intersect. A three-dimensional network structure is made of the reinforced flexible polymer material strip. The technical result is to reinforce geotextile structures and to reinforce weak foundations of industrial and civil building structures.
